Cartoline da Londra

Una tra le mie méte preferite di viaggio è indubbiamente Londra. Amo qualsiasi cosa di questa meravigliosa citta', l'architettura, l'atmosfera, il clima,
 la cultura, la moda, l'arte, il cibo.. e potrei andare avanti.
Quando penso a Londra i miei sensi si acuiscono e la mia creativita' prende vita... è quasi come se stessi per partire...
Eccomi, sono all'aeroporto! Con me ci sono anche mia figlia e mia sorella..


One of my favourite destinations of travel is certain Londra. I love everything of this marvellous town, the architecture, the environment,the weather, culture, fashion, food, art..and going on.
When i think of London i feel a strong sensation of creativity and i'm feeling like i was to go there..
Here i am, i'm at the airport! With me also my daughter and my sister..

Ho prenotato un albergo nel mio quartiere londinese preferito, Notting Hill. Questo è cio' che vedo dalla finestra della mia stanza.



I booked an hotel in Notting Hill, because is my favorite London's district. This is what i can see from my room window.

Il primo giorno decido di impiegarlo girovagando per le accattivanti vie di Londra, con i colori particolari di Portobello Road, i negozi ed i mercati di Camden, e la suggestiva architettura delle costruzioni e dei musei in stile Vittoriano.


I decide to spend my first day, roaming through the london streets, enjoying the colors of Portobello Road, shops and street markets in Camden, and the suggestive  Victorian architecture of its constructions and museum.

Quel cielo fuligginoso e tenebroso che fa' da cornice a tutto cio'... semplicemente perfetto.

The sky, dark and sooty, is the setting of all this.. just perfectly.

Internet adesso ha anche la responsabilita' di aver creato le Tumblr Girl. Ed io ne ho una in casa!

Internet have to take on even the responsibility to have made Tumblr Girl. And i got it one in my home!

Gli adolescenti ,diversamente dal passato, in questa era dominata dal digitale tendono a creare dei nuovi miti.Vedi, ad esempio le web stars, che armate di web cam divengono dei veri e propri idoli di youtube.
Anche per le Tumblr Girl il concetto non cambia, tranne per il fatto che stavolta si tratta di normalissime teen-agers che condividono le loro foto sui social creando delle tendenze moda.. ed, io "donna matura", che non ne sapevo niente fino a qualche tempo fa'!
Quindi,come si diventa Tumblr?
Ebbene, ci sono delle vere e proprie regole da seguire.
La tipica ragazza Tumblr ha uno stile particolare, ma personale, occhi grandi e perfettamente truccati, capelli colorati nelle nuance pastello, pelle porcellanata, e si fotografa in pose meticolosamente studiate.
Ma prendiamo in esame i vari temi.
L'abbigliamento.
Prevalentemente pantaloni e shorts a vita alta, crop top, canotte lunghe, maglie sfrangiate, camicie a scacchi, felpe e leggings. Ai piedi sneakers o mocassini con suola alta, al limite sono tollerati anche gli anfibi.
Indossare gli occhiali ti concede una corsia preferenziale sulla strada della pefezione.
La Tumblr Girl non predilige i grandi brand e tende a mescolare i vari stili che siano essi il vintage, l'hip-hop, l'hypster oppure il coachella style.Comunque sia, mette sempre il suo gusto personale nell' outfit, in modo da farsi distinguere creandosi,appunto, una propria immagine.
Il trucco.
Meticoloso e,ve lo assicuro lo so' per esperienza personale, -mia figlia impiega ore per truccarsi!- richiede molto tempo.Si incentra molto sugli occhi, con maniacale accuratezza nello stendere l'eye-liner e con grandi quantita' di mascara.L'incarnato è prevalentemente pallido ed opalescente.
I capelli.
Spesso sono colorati,ma anche naturali. Vengono portati sciolti,oppure è molto in voga raccoglierli in chignon o fiocchi sulla testa, volutamente e studiatamente spettinati.L'importante è variare, nel colore e nell'acconciatura.
Personalmente, come "addetta ai lavori", non disdegno di questi nuovi fenomeni che vengono creandosi. Un po' per mio personale interesse,-trattandosi in qualche modo di una moda basata prevalentemente sull'apparenza- e poi per la loro natura  innocua.
..Quindi, care ragazze leggermente agé come me, cerchiamo di tenerci informate e forse, quando ci sentiremo etichettare come "signora" da un adolescente,bè..chissa'..forse ci brucera' un po' meno!XoS.






In this time period dominated by technology, new teenagers growns, making new mithes.For example you could see the web stars, that with a simple web cam they become real youtube idols.
Even for the Tumblr Girl is the same thing, except for the fact that they are normal adolescent who shares her pictures in social networks creating new fashion trends..and i, "adult woman", that i didn't known for a long time!
So, how can you become Tumblr girl?
Well, there are serious rules to follow.
A typical Tumblr girl has a particular style, but personal, big  and perfectly make-overed eyes, colored hair, white skin, and she make selfies on studied poses.
Let's see thoroughly these perspectives.
Clothing.
Trousers and shorts, crop tops, long undershirts, shirts with franges, checkered shirts, swatshirts and leggings.At the feet sneakers or high soles moccasin, and even the military boots are concerned.
To wear glasses is cool and it brings you to the perfection.
To the Tumblr girl doesn't likes famous brands and mix several style.For example Vintage, Hip-Hop, Hypster, and others.However she get always her personal taste on dressing herself, making a personal image.
Make-up.
Accurated and, i know it for a personal experience, -my daughter uses to stay hours to put make up on!- it needs much time. It is based on eyes, with maniacal care on the drawing of the eye-liner and with a massive quantity of mascara.The skin is pallid.
Hair.
Often are colored,but even naturals.They are worn tied back from the face, with a chignon or a ribbon.Deliberately uncombed. Important is to change with color and hairstyle.
Personally, like worker on fashion, i like very much these all new trends, because my personal affair, and because their harmless nature.
..So, my dear "lightly agé" girl like me, it will be better for us to know all new trends, so that, when a tenn ager call us Lady, well..maybe it will be less hard!XoS.

Finalmente un buon motivo per cui una testimonial di un noto brand non sembri una comune mortale..perchè in effetti non lo è!
Adoro Claire Farron alias Lightning dal primo momento in cui l'ho vista.
"Lei" è la protagonista di un videogame, Final Fantasy XIII e, mi dispiace per voi supermodel dotate di lunghe gambe , ma siete state spodestate da questo etereo e sfrontato angelo.
So' che è scorretto un tale paragone, dopotutto qui si parla di un eroina reclutata nell'esercito, che affronta indicibili avversari tra i quali il suo stesso Governo pur di salvare se stessa, sua sorella ed infine il mondo intero!
Amo l'associazione moda-virtuale..riesco gia' ad immaginare Nicolas Ghesquière che in una puntata di "The Big Bang Theory" sta seduto sul divano a giocare alla Playstation con Sheldon & friends.

I love Lightning since the first time i saw her.
"She" is the main character of a videogame, Final Fantasy XIII and, i'm sorry for you my dear supermodel with long legs, but you have been deposed by this unwordly and impudent angel.
I know, it's unfair this comparison, in effect Lightning is an heroine drafted in the Army, who faces enemies and her government to save herself, her sister and, in the end, the entire world!
I like the connection fashion-virtual..i can see Nicolas Ghesquière on the sofa of the serial "The Big Bang Theory", who plays Playstation with Sheldon & friends.Nerd Power!

Cappellimania Hatsmania

Io adoro i cappelli,ne comprerei a centinaia.
In passato contribuivano a rifinire efficacemente un outfit,cosi' come ogni altro accessorio,mentre adesso sono diventati dei veri protagonisti;si puo' arrivare a creare il giusto look, partendo soltanto da un cappellino.
Da che ho memoria, i cappelli piu' belli che abbia mai visto vengono sfoggiati sulle testoline aristocratiche e nobiliari ad Ascot, oppure ai matrimoni reali.
In Inghilterra Philip Treacy detiene indiscutibilmente lo scettro per le migliori creazioni.Qualunque donna che conti possiede almeno un suo cappello nel guardaroba.Sempre che pensiate che la Regina Elisabetta, oppure Cate Middleton, o Madonna, o la First Lady Michelle Obama contino qualcosa..
Lustratevi gli occhi con alcuni pezzi della nuova collezione.

In the past they completed outfits,like the other accessories,but now they became perfect stars;you can create the right look,only started from a hat.

In England the most indisputably talented hat designer is Philip Treacy.Every important woman of this world has a Treacy's creation in her wardrobe.Of course,if you believe that Queen Elizabeth, or Cate Middleton, or Madonna, or the first Lady Michelle Obama counted something..

Naturalmente si tratta di cappelli che non proprio tutte si possono permettere di indossare,anzi direi un numero ristretto di gentildonne che conducono una vita mondana di tutto rispetto.A meno che non si sia perso il buon gusto per strada e non si decida di indossare una tale scultura da testa per presenziare ad un matrimonio di periferia.
Anche per noi comune mortali non c'e' comunque da disperare,visto che esistono cappelli e cappellai di varie fogge.A proposito di creatori di cappelli di piu' uso comune,ho conosciuto recentemente tramite un social network,uno stilista di grande talento,Steven,che molto poco ha da invidiare al suo collega d'oltremanica.

Naturally  not everybody can wear this kind of hats,but only a limited number of noblewoman who lives an elite life.Except for that women that lost the good taste and they decided to wear this kind of creations at a common wedding.
But even for us,normality person, there is a chance.I have known  a hat designer on a social network who create wonderfull head-sculptures.Steven is his name and he is as good as his English coworker.
